Can I use nitromoors instead of a sander to clean my wooden floor?

Author: I’d like to clean up the wooden floorboards in my bedroom – about 11 sq meters – and want to avoid using a sander if possible. Will nitromoors remove the dirt sufficiently for me to then oil or varnish the boards?
